About
“a leader in providing equities traders with the tools and information they need to execute trades quickly, effectively and efficiently, in any market environment”
Greg founded the Hold Brothers family of companies. Prior to founding the firm, as a successful professional day trader, Greg honed a talent for high-speed trading and an acute knowledge of the unique needs of traders in an ever-changing marketplace. In founding Hold Brothers, Greg sought to build a firm that would supply traders with the tools needed to succeed quickly and with precision. Since founding the firm, Greg has overseen the development of Hold Brothers proprietary Graybox™ software platform, grown the business to become, at one point, the largest day trading firm of American markets in China and propelled the firm to #152 on the Inc. 500 in 2000. The firm provides access to U.S. markets, with headquarters in New York City.
Greg holds a B.A. from Rutgers in physics and economics, is currently working on his M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University, and has completed several graduate courses in Computer Science at Fordham University. Greg has also obtained FINRA Series 7, 24, 55, 63 and 28 licenses.
